With most companies it seems like you only get to pick two of those. My experience is that with Pendergrass, you get all three.

I've used Pendergrass over the last 10 years for a number of smaller jobs: fixing an old shower drain, rescuing my frozen pipes, among other things. Most recently, Devin installed a new hose bibb on one side of my house, doing the work on the very same day he came out to give me a very reasonable estimate. Devin was on time, polite, efficient, and neat, and when I discovered a small problem (the result of an honest mistake that I attribute more to my builder than anyone else), he called me first thing the next morning, came out later that afternoon, and had the problem fixed in under 20 minutes.
